The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) branch in Madinah Region has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Voluntary National Association, known as Fazzah.

The agreement seeks to improve coordination between ambulance and volunteer services and to support humanitarian work for pilgrims, visitors and residents of Madinah.

By bringing ambulance and volunteer bodies closer together, the memorandum is expected to raise service quality and contribute to sustainable community development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Fazzah is a licensed non-profit organization devoted to promoting and strengthening a culture of volunteering.
