The Kingdom's delegation to the seventh meeting of GCC Directors of Public Security, held at the GCC Secretariat General in Riyadh, was led by Director of Public Security Lt. Gen. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami.

Al-Bassami passed on to participants the greetings of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and his wish that the meeting would deliver results that meet officials' aspirations and strengthen security cooperation among GCC states.

Delegates discussed security issues of common interest, reviewed the results and recommendations of the joint security committees and looked at ways to implement them to support Gulf security cooperation.
