Dammam Airports Company collected six international accreditations from Airports Council International (ACI) at the 2026 ACI World Airport Experience Summit in Istanbul, covering accessibility, health and safety, and customer experience.

In accessibility, King Fahd, Al-Ahsa and Al Qaisumah international airports were each awarded level 1 accreditation, reflecting the operator's focus on inclusive facilities and services for every category of traveler.

King Fahd International Airport also received accreditation for health and safety compliance, confirming its operational readiness and adherence to international protective standards.

Al-Ahsa and Al Qaisumah international airports additionally earned level 1 customer experience accreditation, recognizing continued improvements at passenger touchpoints and in overall service quality.

The awards show the company aligning its network with global aviation best practice, supporting operational efficiency, safety and connectivity in the Eastern Region.
