Saudi car company Ceer has unveiled a new electric sedan and SUV featuring futuristic styling, upward-opening doors and technology suited to desert conditions, Independent Persian reported.
The vehicles are to be built at a plant backed by $1.3 billion of investment, with a starting price of $106 thousand. The first deliveries are expected in March 2027.
Saudi estimates suggest Ceer could add more than $8 billion to GDP by 2034, improve the trade balance by around $21 billion and create nearly 30 thousand direct and indirect jobs.
