The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) is set to start official transmission of its third sports channel on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 4 p.m. The new channel specializes in archival and documentary sports programming, with the aim of recording the history of Saudi sport and preserving its legacy.

Its schedule will revisit the tournaments, achievements, personalities and historic moments that shaped the Kingdom's sporting memory. Viewers will be able to watch notable archived matches from local, Gulf, Arab and international competitions in football and other sports.

The channel will also rebroadcast classic sports programs and older competitions that fans associate with past decades. Its content will be available around the clock, giving younger generations a chance to discover key milestones in Saudi Arabia's sporting journey.

The launch builds on the authority's efforts to showcase the Kingdom's sporting heritage and to present archive material in a way that strengthens fans' connection with sports history and preserves its achievements for future generations.
