Jeddah is 30 days away from hosting the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition, scheduled for November 8–11, 2026, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is organising the event with the Pilgrim Experience Program, a Saudi Vision 2030 programme, and more than 520 government, private and nonprofit entities from Saudi Arabia and abroad are taking part.
The gathering marks an early stage in preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season, giving participants room to finalise contracts, work through operational and organisational issues, present solutions and initiatives and form partnerships, as the Kingdom continues developing and raising the quality of Hajj services.
The programme is built around three tracks: infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and sustainable development. This edition offers more than 15 main zones and programmes, among them the Hajj Conference, the Hajj Council, a new Awareness and Training Forum, workshops, a hackathon, an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone, a Business Center, technology, health, media and aviation oases, and a dedicated meeting for heads of Hajj affairs offices.
A specialised exhibition covering more than 67,000 square metres will run alongside the conference, featuring service and solution providers from more than 150 countries across aviation, transport, hospitality, health, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce and investment.
The previous edition drew more than 204 thousand visitors and 270 exhibitors from more than 150 countries, hosted 134 sessions and workshops, and trained more than 2,600 people from around the world.
The ministry has invited organisations, specialists and interested members of the public to register through the conference website, hajjconfex.com.
