The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) has released the “AlUla App”, a single platform that acts as a digital gateway to services and information for the governorate, as part of its efforts to improve services and quality of life for residents and the local community.

The app gives users access to a broad range of digital services through one easy interface, including requesting and sharing data and a dedicated channel for reporting violations.

RCU said the launch follows its strategy of strengthening direct communication through automated digital channels, speeding up responses and creating an integrated living environment that blends the character of the destination with modern services.

The app also supports smart city goals by automating processes and introducing technology that improves essential services, transparency and efficiency, reinforcing AlUla's position in global smart city rankings.

Through one interface, users can find tourism information, events, investment opportunities and news on development projects such as the “Journey Through Time” masterplan, making visits simpler. The commission described the launch as a significant step in establishing AlUla as a leading global destination with a complete digital experience for residents and visitors.
