External agents can now be qualified and their contracts for the 1448 AH Umrah season finalized through the Masar Nusuk platform, after the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched the service today as part of a digital system meant to automate contracting, raise efficiency and prepare the Umrah system for the coming season.
According to the ministry, the service automates every stage of contracting and uses a standard electronic contract that is digitally verified with a QR code on the Nusuk platform.
A further service will let Saudi Umrah companies sign contracts with local service providers through Masar Nusuk, covering accommodation, transport, catering, value-added services and the design of packages and programs.
These steps come before visa applications open for submission and processing on 14 Dhul-Hijjah, while Umrah permits will start to be issued through the Nusuk app on 15 Dhul-Hijjah.
The ministry said the measures aim to improve the pilgrim experience and service quality and to strengthen digital and operational integration across the Umrah system.
