Perched high in Al-Khulb Park in Al-Mandaq Governorate, the “Lady Cloud” project has become one of the standout summer attractions for visitors to Al-Baha and one of the municipality’s signature investment projects.

The site covers more than 29,000 square meters and offers panoramic views over the Tihama plains and much of the governorate. Its architecture blends into the natural setting, and a circular layout lets visitors take in the scenery from many angles.

Clouds, mist, mountains and plains combine in the views, and the summit is a favorite spot for photographing sunsets and wide landscapes.

Fifteen decorative structures, some inspired by Al-Baha’s environment and natural identity, have been designed as photo points where visitors can take souvenir pictures.

The project broadens the range of tourist destinations in Al-Mandaq and makes use of the region’s natural assets, pairing mountain views with facilities and services that enrich the Al-Baha summer season for residents and visitors.
