The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA), through its official tourism brand Visit Saudi, has completed its participation in the first WTM Spotlight Riyadh.

Over three days, the event gathered government bodies, commercial partners, international buyers, travel and tourism leaders and media to build cooperation and look for new growth opportunities in tourism.

The Visit Saudi pavilion attracted participants with a display of the Kingdom's varied attractions, from heritage and cultural landmarks and coastal and natural destinations to hospitality, entertainment and adventure. It also hosted meetings and networking between local and international partners to forge new relationships and widen cooperation with the global travel industry.

On the sidelines, STA signed a memorandum of understanding with the Almosafer Activities app to link the platform to STA's partner portal, with the aim of better integrating partners and supporting continued cooperation across travel, tourism and hospitality.

The participation is part of STA's work to raise the international profile of Saudi destinations and build partnerships with the global travel industry. The authority aims to convert rising interest in Saudi Arabia into business and visits, supporting the sector's growth and the Kingdom's standing among the world's leading tourist destinations.
