The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has started a series of preparatory meetings with Hajj affairs offices from more than 75 countries ahead of the 1448 AH Hajj season, as part of early planning to improve coordination and readiness.

The talks review preparations and the offices’ operational plans, go over the main instructions and regulations governing Hajj operations, and address the offices’ requirements and questions so arrangements can be finalized on schedule.

The ministry said the early start follows the leadership’s directives to mobilize every resource to serve pilgrims and ease their journey.

The preparations also serve Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program by strengthening coordination with Hajj offices and relevant authorities, raising readiness and improving services so pilgrims can perform their rites with ease and peace of mind.
