The sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition will take place in Jeddah from November 8 to 11, corresponding to Jumada Al-Awwal 28 to Jumada Al-Thani 1, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. It is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah with the Pilgrim Experience Program (PEP), a Saudi Vision 2030 program.

More than 520 government, private and nonprofit entities from Saudi Arabia and abroad will take part, together with decision-makers from all three sectors. The event will be a key platform for early preparation for the 1448 AH Hajj season, allowing stakeholders to finalize contracts, resolve operational and regulatory issues, present solutions and form partnerships.

The program runs along three tracks: Infrastructure and Operational Services (transport and logistics, facilities, housing and hospitality, catering); Empowerment and Integration (safety and security, health care, media, technology and innovation); and Sustainable Development (the third sector, entrepreneurship, training and the pilgrim experience).

An exhibition covering more than 67,000 square meters will bring together service and solution providers from over 150 countries, with dedicated communities for Hajj affairs offices, aviation, transport, hospitality, health care, infrastructure, technology, workforce, investment and business development.

The previous edition drew more than 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors from over 150 countries, with 134 sessions and workshops and more than 2,600 trainees. The ministry invites interested entities and specialists to register via hajjconfex.com.
