Umm Al-Qura University sent 1,469 male and female volunteers into the field during the 1447 AH Hajj season, contributing a combined 45,470 volunteer hours in service of pilgrims.

Before deployment, the volunteers completed a comprehensive training program accredited by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, giving them the skills and knowledge to provide a wide range of support services.

The effort is part of the university's work to prepare a capable volunteer force for the Hajj season.
