Visitors of many ages, nationalities and cultural backgrounds are stopping at the corner run by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance inside the Kingdom's pavilion at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2026, showing particular interest in its displays, digital services and interactive technology.
On show are a variety of publications from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran. Visitors can follow how copies of the Quran are printed and looked after, and browse editions in different riwayahs as well as translations of the meanings of the Quran into several languages, reflecting the Kingdom's work to print and distribute the Book of God around the world.
Staff at the corner also introduce the ministry's online services through the Rushd app and its range of digital services, together with the Al-Istishhad Al-Sahih app, part of the ministry's drive to use modern technology for Islamic work and to reach all sections of society.
Another attraction is a three-dimensional virtual Hajj experience available in four languages, alongside a virtual reality (VR) tour that lets visitors walk through the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah.
