A kindergarten and a complex of medical clinics in Riyadh sustained material damage after fragments of a ballistic missile launched by the terrorist Houthi militia came down on the Saudi capital, the official spokesman for Civil Defense announced. The missile had been intercepted and destroyed before the debris fell.

According to the spokesman, Civil Defense crews in Riyadh dealt with the falling fragments on Thursday, 27 Rabi al-Akhir 1448 AH, corresponding to October 8, 2026, and carried out the approved procedures for incidents of this kind.
