Students from the University of Tabuk won six medals in individual competitions at the sixth International Olympiad on Financial Security in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk, an event with participants from 46 countries.

One of the university’s students took an economics award after a series of tests and contests involving about 700 students, and was also granted a scholarship for a master’s degree at Russia’s RUDN University.

In the Olympiad’s side events, the Tabuk team won first place in the Beat Saber competition, part of the “Phygital Sports” category.

The students also ran a cultural pavilion presenting aspects of Saudi culture and the development and transformation the Kingdom is undergoing under Saudi Vision 2030.
