Jeddah Second Health Cluster has launched Care Link at King Abdullah Medical Complex, a smart, unified coordination office that connects the departments delivering patient services. Its goal is to speed up procedures, raise quality, strengthen integrated care and track each patient's journey from the first request until the case is closed, in line with the Saudi Model of Care and Saudi Vision 2030.
Cluster CEO Dr. Shadi Alkhayyat opened the project, one of the cluster's smart initiatives, in the presence of several health sector officials.
The complex says Care Link is designed to turn scattered services into a single, easy-to-reach care experience based on effective coordination, continuous support and close follow-up at every stage. It is also expected to make operations more efficient and reveal areas for improvement in line with best practice.
