The final group of pilgrims has left the Kingdom, bringing the 1447 AH Hajj season to a close, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced.

The ministry said pilgrims were supported by an integrated set of services from the moment they arrived until they left through the Kingdom's land, sea and air ports, allowing them to perform their rituals in ease and comfort.

It credited the Saudi government's ongoing commitment to serving pilgrims and improving services, as well as coordinated work by government and service bodies under the supervision of Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee.

Services continued until the very last pilgrim had departed, the ministry said, through an operational, digital and field system offering guidance, care, monitoring, awareness and on-the-ground support.
